Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Health and Safety Coordinator to join our team!
What You'll Be Doing:
Assist in implementing site-specific HSE plans in line with project and regulatory requirements.
Monitor work activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols, PPE usage, and environmental standards.
Conduct routine safety inspections and report non-compliance or hazards.
Document and report all incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions.
Support investigations to identify root causes and corrective actions.
Maintain accurate HSE records and dashboards for management review.
Coordinate and deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions.
Promote a culture of safety awareness among all project personnel.
Work closely with project teams, contractors, and HSE leadership to implement safety measures.
Assist in liaising with regulatory bodies for inspections or audits.
Support the review and enhancement of HSE procedures and programs.
Identify trends and recommend initiatives to reduce incidents and environmental impact.
What You'll Be Doing;
Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
2 years of HSE experience in construction, aviation, or infrastructure projects.
Knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Strong observation, reporting, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary project environment.
Certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or ISO 45001 are desirable.
