At Veolia, safety isn't a checkbox — it's a culture. And we need someone like you to help us live it. If you're the kind of safety professional who'd rather be out in the field coaching teams than sitting behind a desk, and you genuinely believe that every person deserves to go home safe, keep reading.
We're looking for an experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join our SHEQ team and become a trusted partner to our operational leaders in Kurnell 2231. This is a predominantly field based role (80% of your time), meaning you'll be where it matters most — on site, building relationships, influencing behaviours, and driving real safety outcomes.
This isn't a tick and flick compliance role. It's a genuine opportunity to shape safety culture, mentor frontline teams, and make a measurable difference across our operations.
We believe that people who look after others deserve to be looked after in return.
Your Family
14 weeks paid parental leave, superannuation contributions on unpaid parental leave, and paid Keeping in Touch Days.
