Company:

We are seeking an accomplished individual to join our employee benefits team at Marsh in Finland. This role will be based in Espoo. This is a hybrid role with a requirement to work at least three days a week in the office.

This position is well suited to a seasoned insurance professional with commercial acumen, leadership capability, and client focus required to drive growth and strengthen our health and benefits offering. You will work in close partnership with colleagues across broking, sales, and client service to shape tailored solutions, advance business development priorities, and deepen client relationships in a dynamic and high-performing environment. You will also be part of the Marsh Finland Management team.

We will count on you to:

• Drive the development and growth of health and benefits business opportunities across the Finnish market
• Build and sustain trusted relationships with clients, insurers, and strategic market partners
• Lead the day-to-day management of a team of five, including work allocation, substance support, and performance oversight
• Support capability development, coaching, and delivery against team targets
• Identify and convert cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to expand existing client relationships
• Contribute to market strategy and product development initiatives
• Work hands-on servicing clients and collaborating with internal teams to deliver outstanding client service and strong commercial outcomes

What you need to have:

• Significant experience in insurance, brokerage, or underwriting within personal lines
• Strong understanding of the insurance market, including experience designing and managing insurance or benefits programs for clients
• Hands-on experience managing a team and delivering targets
• Strong negotiation skills with clients, insurers, and business partners
• Excellent organizational skills, independence, and a results-driven mindset
• A quality-focused approach to portfolio servicing and client delivery
