We have an exciting opportunity for a superstar administrator to join our team. In this role you will play a pivotal part in the smooth functioning of reception, data entry and the management of financial transactions. Your aim will be to ensure all patients feel that they have been attended to in a friendly and courteous manner, the attention they receive is thorough and your interactions with our health partners are also positive and productive.
This is a casual role based on our Hillcrest Campus. Student Health Service is open Monday to Friday 9am to 4.30pm and casual hours will be within these days and times. Salary will be aligned based on skills, experience and qualifications brought to the role.

Ko wai koe? – Who are you?
We are seeking an enthusiastic and well organised person to provide efficient, high quality administrative support within the Student Health Centre. Along with a strong track record in administration and customer service, you will need to have experience in financial administration and be willing to learn how to use a Patient Management System (Indici).
You will also have excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills, be able to work as part of a team and have the ability to work flexibly and positively in a rapidly changing environment.
