The Strategy & Business Dev role is responsible for identifying, shaping, and executing the strategic growth opportunities that will define TransferRoom’s next phase of expansion.
Reporting directly to the President, the role combines strategic leadership, business development, partnerships, and commercial incubation. The position exists to ensure TransferRoom continuously expands its market opportunity, strengthens its ecosystem position, and converts emerging opportunities into scalable revenue.
The role operates as an internal entrepreneur and strategic operator, identifying high-potential opportunities, validating product-market fit, building initial commercial traction, and scaling initiatives to the point where they can transition into the core Revenue organization.
Our London office is at Bankside, with the commercial team located across the globe, as well as development teams in Poland and Ukraine.
Our office is naturally social, especially Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays, when we have regular team drinks, celebrations and five-a-side football.
