The Accountant will manage the company’s financial records, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and provide financial insights for decision-making.


Responsibilities:


Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.


Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledgers.


Manage accounts payable and receivable.


Ensure timely tax filing and compliance with all financial regulations.


Oversee payroll processing and employee benefits calculations.


Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.


Provide financial reports to senior management for strategic planning.


Requirements


Requirements:


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.


Experience: Minimum of 5 years in accounting roles.


Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Zoho.


Strong understanding of tax laws, payroll systems, and financial analysis.


Professional certifications (e.g., ICAN, ACCA) are an added advantage.


Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
