Job Description

A private commercial bank is seeking a Head of Trust and Asset Management Group (TAMG) to oversee overall operations, profitability, and strategic growth. The role is responsible for managing asset deployment, developing innovative trust products, establishing niche markets, and ensuring proper execution of deals, accounting, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage overall operations and profitability of the Trust and Asset Management Group.
• Direct asset deployment and management strategies to optimize performance and returns.
• Develop innovative trust products and services to meet client needs and capture new market opportunities.
• Establish niche markets for additional trust funds and business growth.
• Ensure proper execution of trust transactions, accounting processes, and reporting requirements.
• Lead and mentor team members to maintain high standards of performance, compliance, and client service.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory developments to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Economics, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Commerce, or related field.
• 610 years of progressive experience in marketing trust products, managing trust investments, and handling trust transactions.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and client relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and operational efficiency in a financial services environment.
• Preferably has passed the Certification to Market Unit Investment Trust Funds.

Work Setup: Full Onsite

Schedule: 7:00-4:00 PM (Monday-Friday)
