MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Manage the training and development activities for the sales area with focus on policy and strategy implementation to enable the organization's sales force maximizing their sales potential.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for managing the activities of identification of necessities, definition, coordination and programming behavioral training courses for the sales force, aiming at motivate and increase the efficiency of the team.
