Job Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive training programs focused on ports operations, ensuring alignment with industry standards and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with Adani Ports leadership to identify skill gaps and design targeted training interventions to address them.
• Lead the creation of technical training content, incorporating the latest technologies and methodologies relevant to port operations.
• Oversee the delivery of training programs, ensuring high-quality execution and measurable outcomes.
• Establish partnerships with industry experts, academic institutions, and technology providers to enhance training offerings.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through performance metrics and feedback mechanisms.
• Drive initiatives to integrate sustainable practices and UN SDG-aligned frameworks into training modules.
• Manage a team of trainers and coordinators, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Ensure the scalability and adaptability of training programs to meet the evolving needs of Adani Ports.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the Head Pro VC on matters related to workforce development and training innovation.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven expertise in technical training delivery, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in ports operations or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement large-scale training programs in a corporate or industrial setting.
• Strong track record of collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a relevant discipline is preferred.

Years & Type of Experience

• 15+ years of experience in ports operations, technical training, or workforce development.
• Significant exposure to large-scale training initiatives within the maritime or logistics industry.
