Location: Bourlon Barracks, Catterick Garrison, DL9 3AD
Contract type: Permanent, full-time, 37 hours per week
Shift times: Mon–Fri, 08:00–16:00, with flexibility for events and cover
Pay: £13.03 per hour (£25,155.54)

What you'll do:

• Lead and motivate your team to deliver outstanding service every day.
• Organise and oversee operations for senior messes, ensuring smooth delivery of services.
• Manage customer feedback professionally and share successes with your team.
• Train and develop staff, ensuring brand standards and procedures are met.
• Support special events and functions, making them memorable for our clients.
• Champion health, safety, and cleaning standards across all areas.
• Drive customer satisfaction and sales through excellent service and communication.
• Manage schedules and timesheets to keep everything running efficiently.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in catering or hospitality.
• Previous leadership experience managing a team.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety and food safety.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• DBS check required (UK residency for the past 3 years).
• Familiarity with MS Office is desirable.
