As a Behavioral Health Coordinator, you will implement and coordinate social-emotionalsupportsfor children and familiesThis includes crisis intervention, emergencyassistance, child abuse prevention, and case managementServices are provided throughout Dauphin, Cumberland, and Perry counties.
Behavioral Health Coordinatorswork 10 months out of the year and enjoy summers off while earning a minimum of $25.26per hour. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work,or related field
Significant experienceknowledge in behavioral health supports for pregnant mothers,children ages 0-5,working with at risk families, emergencyassistance, crisis intervention, familyadvocacyand trauma informed practices
Intermediatecomputer skills, ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel Outlook and learnweb-basedsystems
Valid driver’s license and access to properly insured vehicle, or public transportation
Successful completion of pre-employment process, including Criminal History, MVR, Child Abuse and FBI clearances
Passion, enthusiasm, creativity, and commitment to make a difference
Experience in Head Start or Early Head Start is preferred
