What you will do

• Join and actively contribute to the COO Leadership Team, providing strategic financial insights and recommendations while serving as the financial partner to the COO.

• Lead and manage the Shared Services Controlling team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and consolidation processes, ensuring compliance with standards and policies.

• Analyze financial performance and deliver actionable insights to senior management.

• Drive digital transformation and automation initiatives within the controlling function, leveraging data analytics and advanced technologies.

• Develop and implement data-driven controlling processes to enhance decision-making across the organization.

What you bring & who you are

• Extensive experience in controlling, financial management, or a related field.

• Proven expertise in strategic financial advisory and business partnership.

• Strong knowledge of financial systems, reporting tools, and data analytics.

• Leadership experience with high-performing teams.

• Advanced understanding of shared services models and operational controlling.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level audiences.

• Strategic thinking with a focus on long-term value creation.
