Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in shaping and developing the site’s supply chain organization to meet business targets. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with internal teams such as the Sourcing, Finance, Human Resources, Industrial, Quality, and Central Supply Chain, as well as external stakeholders like suppliers, customers, and audit consultants. You’ll also lead the charge in deploying standard processes, managing supply chain activities, and driving continuous improvement across the board.
You’ll specifically take care of establishing a robust supply chain team and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives but also provide expertise to support projects in achieving quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) commitments.
The position will be based in Madhepura, Bihar, with hierarchical reporting to the Site Managing Director and functional reporting to Eloco SCM.
We’ll look to you for:
Setting up and developing the site Supply Chain organization in collaboration with the central team and project stakeholders
Recruiting, managing, and developing the supply chain team, including setting KPIs, individual targets, and fostering team collaboration
Defining a 3-year vision for organizational development with clear maturity milestones
Creating and managing yearly budgets for site supply chain resources, costs, and inventories
Deploying and managing standard processes, tools, and best practices to achieve world-class supply chain excellence
Serving as the main interface for supply crisis management
Contributing to the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and managing Master Production Schedules (MPS)
Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies

Education: Engineering or an equivalent Degree.
Experience: 20+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, including Material Planning (Supplier Relationship Management), Production Planning, Warehouse Operations (Packaging & Line Feeding), Logistics & Transportation, and ERP tools.
Knowledge of supply chain tools and ERP systems
Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies
A certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCP, or equivalent)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
