Job Purpose: Factory Quality Head is responsible for driving the overall quality strategy for precast operations by ensuring compliance with standards, managing inspections, and overseeing mix design and material quality. The role leads quality teams, establishes SOPs, ensures documentation accuracy, and coordinates across departments to uphold product excellence and continuous improvement.

Quality Strategy & Leadership:

Lead the quality function by implementing robust quality management strategies and driving a culture focused on product excellence and compliance. Ensure quality planning is integrated into all stages of the precast production cycle.

Product Inspection:

Conduct thorough inspections of products and materials to detect defects or deviations from specifications. Enforce stringent quality control measures to prevent non-conforming items from reaching clients and uphold brand reputation.

Quality Assurance & Control:

Implement processes to monitor and verify product quality across all production stages. Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and relevant codes, including customer and regulatory requirements.

Mix Design & Material Oversight:

Oversee concrete mix designs to ensure compliance with strength, durability, and cost-effectiveness targets. Evaluate alternative materials for economic efficiency without compromising product integrity. Ensure consistency and performance of raw materials used in production.

Documentation & SOP Management:

Ensure accurate documentation across multiple projects including inspection reports, audit records, and design approvals. Develop, maintain, and implement SOPs tailored to each project’s requirements to standardize quality procedures.

Issue Resolution:

Identify, analyze, and resolve on-site and production-related quality issues swiftly. Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to avoid recurrence and enhance long-term quality outcomes.

Batching Plant & Process Oversight:

Supervise quality in batching plant operations, ensuring accurate mix proportioning, consistency in raw materials, and adherence to process parameters that influence final product quality.

Process Improvement:

Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement changes to improve quality control processes, minimize waste, and increase overall efficiency across the production lifecycle.

Compliance Management:

Maintaining ISO and regulatory compliance across quality systems through internal audits, documentation control, and adherence to SOPs.

Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with internal departments including Production, Design, Procurement, and Site Execution, and communicate with external auditors, vendors, and customers to align quality expectations and resolve issues proactively.

Brand Positioning:

Ensure Adani's brand values are shown in all interactions. Strengthen relationships to boost the organization's brand and trust within the market and company.

Team Development:

Build a high-performing team. Set clear KPIs, track progress, and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Promote a respectful and safe workplace, lead collaborative and productive teams, and mentor for growth and success. Tracks and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital business success.
