FronteraCare delivers life-changing autism services to children and families across New Mexico and Colorado. We provide high quality diagnostic evaluations and ABA therapy, partnering closely with parents, grandparents, foster parents, and other caregivers to create individualized care plans rooted in each child's unique strengths, needs, and family context.
Our clinicians are committed to evidence-based, compassionate care that helps children with autism thrive. We believe the best outcomes are when families are at the heart of the treatment. By combining clinical expertise with family insights, we help children build skills, gain confidence, and thrive.
Our mission is to expand access to exceptional diagnostic and behavioral healthcare for every child, no matter where they live or their circumstances.
Frontera is reimagining how children with autism and other behavioral health needs get the care they deserve. We bring together world-class clinicians, technologists, and autism specialists to build cutting-edge AI tools that help care teams work smarter and spend more time with the children and families who need them most.
Our platform is HIPAA-compliant and designed for the real-world needs of behavioral health teams — from psychologists to ABA therapists. By combining evidence-based care with powerful technology, we're expanding access to high-quality services for families everywhere.
Frontera exists to close the care gap: every child, no matter where they live, should be able to access effective behavioral healthcare.
At Frontera, you'll join a team driven by impact. We're growing quickly, backed by leading investors, and united by a shared belief that innovation and equity can change lives. If you're excited to build the future of pediatric healthcare, we'd love to meet you.
As Lead Psychologist, Autism & Developmental Diagnostics, you'll be the clinical and operational anchor for Frontera's telehealth diagnostic team. You'll ensure every autism and developmental evaluation meets a consistently high bar for quality, while helping your team find smarter, more efficient ways to work, because time saved without sacrificing quality means another child gets answers sooner. You'll carry a small evaluation caseload of your own, and spend the rest of your time developing your team, strengthening clinical standards, and partnering closely with Operations, Intake, and Product to build a diagnostic program that's both excellent and built to scale.
This is a role for someone who can hold two things in tension: the clinical rigor and individualized care every family deserves, and the efficiency Frontera needs to reach more of the families who need us. You'll set the standard for what “good” looks like on both fronts and you'll be comfortable making real tradeoffs, and helping your team make them too.
