- Establish and govern SAP-based project controls, driving integration across Project Systems, Materials Management, and Finance modules for accurate cost monitoring and billing.
- Review, verify, and certify contractor and subcontractor invoices based on contractual milestones, executed quantities, and site progress.
- Prepare and maintain project cash flow forecasts aligned with project schedules and contractual payment milestones, supporting liquidity and financial planning.
- Manage change orders, variation claims, and commercial adjustments in accordance with contract provisions while ensuring compliance with internal governance policies.
- Collaborate with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Site Execution teams to resolve billing discrepancies and align on financial objectives.
- Present project financial performance, budget status, and key commercial risks to senior management with clear, actionable recommendations.

What You Bring

- Minimum 15 years of experience in project controls, commercial management, or project finance within renewable energy, EPC, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record managing financial controls for large-scale EPC or IPP projects.
- Hands-on experience with SAP implementation and project financial systems is mandatory.
- Strong expertise in contractor billing, quantity reconciliation, contract administration, and cost forecasting.
- Bachelor's degree in civil or electrical engineering; certifications in Contract Management, Project Controls, or Supply Chain Management are an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with strong commercial acumen.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and experience engaging senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
