
Hiring: Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Consultant | Culture, Insights & Transformation
Location: Johannesburg- hybrid

We are seeking a highly experienced Organizational Effectiveness Consultant to support a large-scale culture and transformation portfolio This role focuses on translating employee, behavioral, and cultural insights into practical, evidence-based interventions that drive inclusion, culture shift, and sustainable high performance across the organisation.
You will partner with HR, OE, and business stakeholders
to design and implement solutions across employee insights, DEI, culture enablement, behavioural science, and employer branding
This is a strategic and hands-on role requiring strong analytical thinking, storytelling with data, and the ability to influence leadership decision-making.
