We're seeking an experienced Head of Yield- & Business Operations to lead revenue optimization and business operations at the intersection of OLX Goods and Advertising across Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine, and Portugal. Acting as a “Chief of Staff”, you'll set the operating cadence and strategic coordination across these two businesses, drive disciplined decision-making, and navigate a complex cross-functional matrix organization to unlock commercial growth and competitive advantage.
You'll have direct impact on strategy and execution across two significant revenue businesses, work closely with senior leadership, and lead the operational infrastructure that enables OLX's growth.
