Create your best future and join Westpac’s Workforce Transformation team in our People function as the Head of Workforce Insights.
What’s the role?
Reporting to the People Director, Workforce Transformation, you will lead Westpac’s People Data Strategy and Workforce Insights to enable ethical, insight‑led workforce decisions aligned to enterprise strategy. This is where insight becomes impact.
You’ll set the direction for how people data is used - ethically, responsibly, and in line with regulatory expectations - then turn that data into advanced analytics and actionable intelligence that shapes strategy, planning and transformation. You will develop a target state workforce and job architecture and enable leaders across the bank to make sharper, faster, more confident workforce decisions.
As the Head of Workforce Insights, you’ll partner with the Data, Digital and AI team to build the foundations (data strategy, governance, frameworks), and roadmap to help advance People insights to lift decision quality across the Business and People team.
This is an opportunity to help Westpac design a workforce that’s ready for what’s next. And you’ll do it with strong partnership: working with Digital, Data and AI and senior leaders to embed a truly data-driven culture where insight is trusted, used, and measured by outcomes.
