Field of Responsibility:

The position “Head of Vertical Upholstery & Furniture Solutions” is responsible for the profitable business development and market growth in the Upholstery & Furniture Solutions segment within the EMEA region, as well as supporting the expansion of the business in defined business development regions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and steering all activities within the Vertical portfolio
• Ensuring alignment between strategy, sales execution, and operational performance
• Overall responsibility for defining and implementing the business strategy
• Achieving sales, margin, and financial targets
• Continuously improving P&L, cash flow, and ROCE
• Supporting Business Development Verticals by translating market opportunities into concrete sales actions and ensuring successful execution

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical, scientific or business-related discipline (university or university of applied sciences)
• Several years of professional experience in sales and/or general management, with demonstrated expertise in strategy development, project management and commercial management
• Several years of leadership experience within sales or commercial functions
• Proven expertise and market experience in upholstery materials (e.g., artificial leather) and furniture films is an advantage.
• International business experience
