Your tasks:
As Head of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing ECC’s enterprise-wide risk management framework. Together with your team, you will ensure that risk management supports sustainable business growth, informed decision-making, and compliance within a dynamic and highly regulated environment.
In this leadership role, you will define and continuously enhance the strategic and methodological direction of ERM, overseeing the development of risk frameworks, processes, and policies. Your responsibilities will include risk strategy, risk inventory, risk-bearing capacity, capital planning, regulatory reporting, and the delivery of meaningful risk insights to senior management, committees, and regulatory stakeholders.
In addition, you will drive strategic ERM initiatives, ensure the timely implementation of new regulatory requirements, and oversee ERM-related contributions to financial statements, audits, and regulatory reviews. Working closely with business leaders, auditors, supervisory authorities, and colleagues across the EEX Group, you will build strong partnerships and foster effective collaboration.
A key part of your success will be inspiring, developing, and empowering a highly specialized team. We are looking for a leader who combines strong risk expertise with an inclusive leadership style and a passion for developing people. After all, we value the exchange of ideas, being there for each other and encouraging each other to become better. We call it: the exchange mindset.
