As a Head of Treasury, you will build and lead treasury functions in a dynamic, rapidly evolving crypto payments environment. This role is critical to the company’s operational success and regulatory compliance, spanning client operations, risk management, liquidity orchestration, and cross‑entity coordination. As a senior leader, you will partner closely with the CFO and Compliance teams to ensure robust financial controls, AML/KYC synergy, and accurate reporting across all treasury workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead treasury operations and execution in a high‑velocity environment.

• Manage liquidity and intra‑entity asset movements across crypto and fiat rails, ensuring optimal funding coverage and risk mitigation.

• Monitor and control large transaction flows with heightened diligence.

• Serve as primary liaison with banks, crypto partners, payment processors, and service providers on operations & compliance matters.

• Support AML/KYC/KYB processes, responding to internal and external requests.

• Prepare and deliver analytical reporting — cash forecasts, exposure dashboards, and financial metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in treasury.

• Deep knowledge of cryptocurrency payment mechanics, wallets, and digital asset settlement flows.

• Hands‑on experience managing liquidity, payments, risk controls, and AML/KYC operational touchpoints.

• Familiarity with enterprise systems, reconciliation tools, and financial reporting workflows.

• Strong analytical skills and accuracy in high‑stakes transaction environments.

• Comfortable handling both strategic oversight and routine execution without micro‑management.
