Our Dubai based client is seeking a dynamic and innovative Head of Travel and Lifestyle Concierge to join their team. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, leading the team, developing new business, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate a strategic vision for the travel and concierge services.
• Lead and inspire a team of dedicated travel and concierge professionals.
• Identify and secure new high net worth clients.
• Design and develop bespoke travel and concierge services tailored to luxury clients.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional, personalised customer service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related discipline is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the luxury travel and concierge industry as a Travel Advisor or similar roles and with experience in a leadership role.
• Excellent English, Arabic or another European Language is an advantage.

This role requires availability to work additional/out of hours as and when required, so as to meet our clients business and employee needs.
