Head of Transformation & Continuous Improvement (TCI)

The Head of Transformation & Continuous Improvement is a senior leader responsible for driving the successful execution of PG’s most critical strategic initiatives while building the capabilities required to deliver sustainable performance improvement.

This role ensures that transformation efforts are effectively defined, governed, and executed across business units, translating strategy into measurable outcomes.

The leader has accountability for four core functions: Transformation Office, Continuous Improvement, Project Management Office (PMO), and Organizational Excellence. Together, these teams enable disciplined execution, continuous improvement, and organizational effectiveness across PG.

This role operates at the intersection of strategy and execution—ensuring initiatives that are clearly defined, properly resourced, effectively managed, and successfully adopted across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute the PG transformation and execution strategy
  • Align transformation initiatives with PG priorities and business outcomes
  • Establish a clear roadmap of initiatives, capabilities, and investments

Business Unit Partnership

  • Partner with BU leadership to translate strategy into executable initiatives
  • Ensure alignment across functions and eliminate execution barriers
  • Drive shared accountability for results and outcomes

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

  • Drive adoption of CI methodologies and tools across the organization
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for performance improvement
  • Ensure improvements are sustained and embedded

Execution & Delivery Excellence

  • Ensure disciplined execution of cross-functional transformation initiatives
  • Drive on-time, on-scope, and on-budget project delivery
  • Establish consistent execution frameworks and governance models

Organizational Effectiveness & Change Leadership

  • Lead organizational efforts to enable adoption of transformation initiatives
  • Drive change management, communication, and capability building
  • Improve organizational health, engagement, and performance

People Leadership

  • Ensure disciplined execution of cross-functional transformation initiatives
  • Drive on-time, on-scope, and on-budget project delivery
  • Establish consistent execution frameworks and governance models

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, transformation, project execution, or business performance roles
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation and business improvement initiatives
  • Strong experience in operational execution, program delivery, or project management in complex organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution and measurable outcomes
  • Experience leading cross-functional, enterprise-scale initiatives in matrix environments
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance, and delivery frameworks
  • Experience driving continuous improvement or operational excellence initiatives
  • Proven ability to lead organizational change and transformation efforts
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder influence capabilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset

Preferred

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in Transformation Office, PMO, CI, or Organizational Effectiveness functions
  • Experience building or leading a Project Management Office or Center of Excellence
  • Experience leading cross-BU or enterprise-level transformation programs
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other structured improvement methodologies
  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, energy, or project-driven environments
  • Experience in organizational design, change management, or organizational health initiatives
  • Experience managing large internal strategic projects
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Change Management certifications)
