Head of Training & Course Delivery

Job Mission:

Job Responsibilities:

·
Management of Stakeholders
in assigned projects

·
Prepare the strategy
for delivery of courses as per project KPIs

·
Prepare hiring and
engagement strategy for faculties, both Inhouse and Adjunct

·
Define delivery KPIs
and achievement matrix for the faculty team

·
Monitor and guide
faculty performance. Provide mentorship to our trainers and adjunct trainers as
required

·
Prepare learning
plan, conduct learning orientation and training sessions for our trainers and
manage their learning journey

• 
  Train and lead in-house trainers, adjunct
  faculty in delivering a successful & seamless course delivery
• 
  Design the training plan for course delivery
  during the training workshops across clusters in India
• 
  Prepare the Training Delivery Schedules and
  delivery process
• 
  Co-ordinate and assign the trainers and
  adjunct trainers as per the training delivery schedules

Responsible for
content design, content creation as required and curriculum design

·
Get the curriculum
aligned to the national framework

·
Adopt international
best practices in content and course delivery

·
Oversea the
learning journey for the learners during the 2 day training sessions across
India

·
Create training
outcome reports after each training session with trainers

·
On successful
completion of each training workshop, collect the proof of successful training
completion and learning outcome & present reports

·
Conduct live online
sessions for India based learners, as per schedules

·
Constantly review the
learners and trainers and provide feedback on improving the course content and
other resources

·
Ensure all learning
delivery requirements and outcome reports are available for client
reviews

·
Initiate and conduct
new workshops based on the capacity available with WiselyWise Teams

·
Create new offerings
in training/Learning and development space

• 
  Master’s/Bachelor’s
  Degree in Engineering or Science

• 
  Minimum 10
  years experience in training and teaching in K-12 schools, Colleges/Universities and Corporates

You will be working in a high growth environment, alongside
professionals from different regions.

Job requirements:

Agility with an ability to meet project deadlines as needed with desired
outcome.
