We are looking for a passionate and strategic Head of Top Creators Partnerships and Operations to join our team. You will be responsible for developing a Creator Ecosystem Strategy & Acquisition as well as a incubating and developing top creators by building structured growth programs to enhance their e-commerce content capabilities.

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with top creators, MCNs, and key ecosystem players

- Design scalable collaboration models (live commerce, short-form video, brand campaigns) aligned with platform priorities

- Drive high-quality content production across short-form videos and live streaming, improving content consistency and conversion efficiency

-Lead the planning and execution of large-scale live streaming events (“big live sessions”) with top creators to maximize GMV impact

- Develop creator playbooks, training systems, and best practices to scale successful content-commerce models

- Design incentive programs and growth pathways to increase creator productivity and retention
