  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Market Responsiveness: Proactively monitor market trends and adapt strategies based on changes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with Supply Chain, Wholesales, Finance, Regulatory Affairs/Quality Assurance (RA/QA), and Medical departments.
  • Compliance & Ethics: Uphold and communicate company policies, procedures, business compliance, and ethical codes within the team.
  • External Representation: Represent the company at industry congresses and events.

Requirements:

Work Experience

  • More than 15 years previous experience of marketing and managing sales team in Pharmaceutical Business.
  • Minimum 5 years previous experience in Marketing positions
  • New Product Launch
  • Proven track record of working across departments and/ or business units.
  • Strong strategic thinking and People leadership and collaboration skills to drive sales teams.
  • KOL knowledge in the Pharmaceutical Business
  • Experience managing a large-scale product portfolio.
  • Preferable experience with Prescription business and Dermatological Procedures
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Preferred for Biologics product marketing and sales experiences.

Education/Training

  • Bachelor’s degree and above
  • Previous hands-on experiences in both marketing and sales at senior management level
  • Experienced leader in Prescription & Biologics
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication skills
