About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Head of the Boys School to lead and oversee all aspects of the school's operations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the educational environment, fostering a strong Islamic ethos, and ensuring academic success for all students.

Requirements:

• 1. **Educational Leadership:**
• - Provide visionary leadership to the Boys School, setting strategic goals and ensuring their successful implementation.
• - Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic excellence and character development.
• - Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the overall educational experience.
• 2. **Islamic Ethos and Values:**
• - Uphold and promote the school's Islamic ethos and values throughout all aspects of the educational program.
• - Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate Islamic teachings into the curriculum and daily school activities.
• 3. **Arabic Language Proficiency:**
• - Proficient in spoken and written Arabic to effectively communicate with students, staff, and parents.
• - Ensure that the Arabic language is integrated into the curriculum to promote language proficiency and cultural understanding.
• 4. **Curriculum Development:**
• - Oversee the development and implementation of a rigorous and comprehensive curriculum in line with educational standards and Islamic principles.
• - Regularly assess and update the curriculum to meet the evolving needs of students and educational standards.
• 5. **Staff Management:**
• - Recruit, train, and supervise teaching and administrative staff.
• - Foster a collaborative and supportive working environment that encourages professional growth and development.
• 6. **Parent and Community Engagement:**
• - Establish and maintain effective communication with parents and the community.
• - Organize events and activities that involve parents and the local community in the educational process.
• 7. **Financial Management:**
• - Manage the school's budget and resources efficiently, ensuring financial sustainability.
• - Collaborate with the finance department to ensure transparent and accountable financial practices.

Qualifications:

• - Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
• - Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• - Experience in educational leadership, preferably in an Islamic educational setting.
• - Strong understanding of Islamic education, values, and cultural sensitivity.
• - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
