Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, ensuring high standards in code quality, architecture, and delivery.
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of software features and services across the engineering team.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product and design teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
Implement and uphold best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and software development processes.
Perform technical reviews, provide guidance on system architecture, and troubleshoot complex engineering challenges.
Help shape and execute the technical roadmap aligned with company growth.
Software Engineering Expertise: Strong background in building and scaling applications, with proven experience in delivering complex features and systems.
Backend Development: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Python is highly preferred. Experience with Java, JavaScript, or Golang will also be considered.
Frontend Knowledge: Solid understanding of modern front-end frameworks such as Vue.js, React.js, or Angular practical experience is a plus.
DevOps Practices: Familiar with CI/CD, monitoring, automation, and cloud environments.
Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in managing engineering teams of at least 5 members for 2 - 3 years, including performance reviews and mentorship.
International Exposure: Must have worked in international or multicultural environments.
Career Stability: Preference for candidates with a consistent and progressive career history (no frequent short stints).
Relocation: Strong motivation and openness to relocating for the role.
