Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Head of Technology to lead the organization's overall technology strategy, operations, and transformation initiatives. This role will be responsible for building scalable technology capabilities, strengthening software and enterprise systems, driving automation and innovation, ensuring secure and reliable technology infrastructure, and aligning technology investments with organizational growth. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with strategic leadership and business acumen and will work closely with senior leadership and global stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the organization's overall technology strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives. Lead technology functions covering software engineering, enterprise applications, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, integrations, data, and automation . Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, secure, reliable, and high-performing technology architecture. Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to identify technology opportunities that improve efficiency, scalability, customer experience, and business performance. Lead digital transformation and automation initiatives across the organization. Oversee the development, implementation, integration, enhancement, and optimization of business-critical systems and applications. Establish technology architecture, governance, development standards, documentation, security controls, and data management practices. Ensure the reliability, availability, performance, and security of technology systems and infrastructure. Drive integration between applications, platforms, APIs, databases, and third-party systems. Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI and automation, and identify practical opportunities for adoption. Collaborate with Finance, Operations, HR, Sales, Marketing, Product, and other functions to solve business challenges through technology. Establish and monitor technology KPIs, service levels, project delivery metrics, system performance, and technology adoption. Manage technology vendors, implementation partners, consultants, licensing, and technology investments. Lead technology risk management, cybersecurity, business continuity, and disaster recovery initiatives. Ensure technology projects are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and business requirements. Build, mentor, and lead high-performing technology teams while developing technical leadership capabilities. Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership regarding technology performance, risks, investments, and opportunities. Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in technology, software engineering, enterprise technology, IT, or related areas, including significant leadership experience. Proven experience leading multidisciplinary technology teams and complex technology initiatives. Strong understanding of software architecture, application development, cloud technologies, infrastructure, cybersecurity, APIs/integrations, databases, and enterprise systems . Experience developing and executing organization-wide technology strategies and roadmaps. Strong understanding of modern software development practices, system architecture, scalability, reliability, and security. Experience leading digital transformation, automation, and technology modernization initiatives. Experience managing technology vendors, partners, budgets, and cross-functional projects. Strong ability to translate business requirements and strategic objectives into technology solutions. Experience working closely with senior leadership and global or geographically distributed stakeholders. Strong understanding of technology governance, risk management, data protection, and business continuity. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience leading technology functions in a global, technology-driven, SaaS, BPO, or services organization. Experience with cloud platforms and modern application architectures. Exposure to AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, and emerging technologies . Experience with enterprise applications, CRM, HRMS, ERP, business intelligence, and data platforms. Experience managing large-scale digital transformation or technology modernization programs. Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, information security, and technology governance.
