Aufgaben

Mercedes-Benz Vans is a successful business unit of Mercedes-Benz Group AG. We manufacture premium vans for private and commercial customers and markets worldwide, providing holistic transport solutions for people and goods.

We are shaping the van business of the future. Our future products must meet the core requirements of transporting goods and people as well as increasing expectations for connectivity and digital solutions. Under Ambition 2039, the focus is also on CO2 neutrality and emission-free driving.

At the Jawor site, part of the new generation of vehicles from the VAN.EA battery-electric platform and the VAN.CA combustion-engine platform is planned to be assembled. The plant is being developed in close cooperation with the established powertrain plant in Jawor and combines a greenfield setup with the use of the existing site.

Within Enterprise Technology, PT/TEGO Global Operations is responsible for reliable, secure, resilient and efficient technology operations across the production ecosystem. To strengthen centrally driven infrastructure capabilities and support the Tech Target Operating Model 2030, we are establishing a Tech Infrastructure Competence Center / Hub in Jawor.

The Jawor Hub will consolidate expert capabilities and provide standardized, scalable and transparent support for MBMPL operations, Mercedes-Benz Vans and Cars plants, the Business Accelerator organization and the wider production network. The hub combines local proximity with cross-plant expertise and creates a clear interface between central PT/TE governance, domain expert communities and operational stakeholders.
