Job Description

What's the role?

As the Head of TDD Transformation Enablement, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future operating model across Technology, Digital & Data at News Corp Australia. This role is responsible for driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that improve how teams collaborate, prioritise work, and deliver value faster across the business.

Working across people, process, governance, tooling, and ways of working, you’ll lead large-scale strategic programs that support the evolution toward a more agile, product-led and customer-centric organisation. You’ll partner closely with senior stakeholders across Technology, Product, Editorial and Corporate Functions to drive meaningful change and ensure transformation outcomes align to broader business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, implementation and delivery of the TDD transformation program across the organisation

  • Drive improvements to operating models, governance frameworks, agile delivery practices and enterprise processes

  • Provide strategic leadership and trusted advice to senior stakeholders to ensure successful program outcomes

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex transformation initiatives, ensuring delivery against timelines, budgets and business objectives

  • Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to manage dependencies, improve communication, reduce risk and drive continuous improvement

  • Champion a culture of innovation, adaptability, customer-centric thinking and outcome-focused delivery across Technology, Digital & Data

Who are you?

  • An experienced transformation leader with 10+ years’ experience delivering large-scale strategic programs within complex, matrixed organisations

  • A strong people leader with the ability to influence, motivate and guide cross-functional teams through periods of significant change

  • Commercially minded, with strong business acumen and the ability to align transformation initiatives with broader organisational goals

  • Highly skilled in stakeholder engagement, communication, change management and storytelling, with the ability to influence at all levels

  • A strategic and analytical thinker who can identify opportunities for optimisation, establish future-state operating models and drive measurable performance improvements

  • Experienced in leading enterprise-wide change programs involving agile delivery, governance, process improvement and operational transformation within fast-paced environments
