What You Will Do
- Lead the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align talent initiatives with business objectives.
- Implement data-driven approaches to improve recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience.
- Build and nurture relationships with external partners and recruitment agencies.
- Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts and report on progress.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a welcoming workplace culture.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources, preferably in a startup environment.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful recruitment strategies.
- Strong understanding of the technology landscape and marketplace dynamics.
- Experience managing a team and leading cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred
- Familiarity with AI and B2B marketplace trends.
- Experience in building employer branding and enhancing candidate engagement.
- Background in using recruitment analytics to drive decision-making.
Compensation and Benefits
