Job Description

YOUR MISSION

  • Develop and execute the recruiting strategy for Sales and Operations roles across Germany
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing recruiting team
  • Advise and coach top leadership on organizational design, talent strategy, and leadership development
  • Drive cultural and organizational transformation initiatives in close partnership with the HR Director, ensuring alignment with company vision and market goals.

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

  • Proven experience in leading and developing recruiting teams in scale-up environments during hypergrowth phases
  • Strong capability to advise and coach senior leaders, including top management, on people strategy and organizational effectiveness
  • Solid track record of successfully hiring for Sales and/or Operations roles, ideally within the IT or technology sector
  • Demonstrated success in driving cultural and organizational transformation in collaboration with HR leadership
  • Fluent in German and English with excellent communication skills
