Scope of the Role
The Head of Talent Acquisition at Meratus is responsible for leading and executing the companys end-to-end talent acquisition strategy across all business units, ensuring alignment with corporate growth and workforce planning objectives. The role oversees recruitment operations, employer branding, leadership hiring, campus and pipeline programs, and talent analytics, while partnering closely with senior stakeholders to secure high-quality talent across corporate, commercial, operational, and maritime functions. This position drives recruitment excellence, process optimization, and team leadership to build a sustainable, future-ready workforce that supports Meratus long-term strategic ambitions.
