The Head of Syndication, North America is responsible for developing and executing Daimler Truck Financial Services' syndication strategy across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. This role leads the origination, development, and execution of retail and wholesale syndication opportunities that support portfolio growth, funding diversification, balance sheet optimization, and return on equity objectives.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will build and maintain strategic relationships with business leaders, banking partners, institutional investors, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver innovative syndication solutions. You will oversee the full syndication lifecycle, from program development and investor origination through transaction execution, servicing oversight, and portfolio management, while building a scalable platform to support future growth across multiple asset classes.
