What you'll do

As Head of Sustainability Reporting, you’ll lead and develop NatWest Group’s climate and sustainability reporting strategy and disclosures, working closely with stakeholders across the bank. You’ll also drive the implementation of new and evolving reporting standards, provide subject matter expert advice and insight, and ensure Finance and the wider bank are prepared for forthcoming requirements in a controlled manner.

In addition, you’ll need:

  • Strong technical knowledge of sustainability reporting requirements in financial services, including the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures, UK SRS S1 and S2, and other relevant regulations
  • The ability to influence and challenge thinking at a senior level across a range of conflicting priorities and viewpoints, including engagement with executive and board-level committees
  • The ability to deliver high-quality outcomes in high-pressure environments, meeting tight, defined timescales while maintaining professional standards
  • A keen attention to detail to ensure climate and sustainability data and reporting are robust, well-controlled, and assurance-ready
  • Experience of transformation or delivering significant change within a reporting- or data-centric function
