WHAT WE OFFER
As Head of Supply Planning, you will lead all Supply operations in Gdansk across Import, Group Suppliers, and the Nordics perimeter. You will directly manage three Supply Managers and provide leadership to the Nordics Supply Team, ensuring operational excellence, strong execution, and continuous performance improvement across the organization.
You will play a key role in enhancing supply efficiency, improving supplier performance, reinforcing governance, and ensuring alignment with global Demand & Supply standards. Acting as a strategic connector between local operations and Group processes, you will contribute directly to service quality, operational reliability, and financial optimization.
Main responsibilities:
Operational Excellence & Supply Performance:
Drive operational excellence with a strong focus on service levels, lead times, reliability, and internal customer satisfaction
Ensure high responsiveness and strong operational performance under significant pressure from countries and business stakeholders
Strengthen governance, processes, and controls to ensure alignment with Group global standards
Improve supplier performance through active KPI management, escalation routines with Group Merchandising, and corrective action plans
Ensure Supplier Service Level (SSL) performance for Group suppliers remains above 90%
Deliver advanced analyses related to supply risks, supplier reliability, parameter quality, and root cause investigations to support subsidiaries in improving business performance
Build and maintain an organization that enhances local support, increases responsiveness, and accelerates operational improvements
Provide regular communication and performance reporting to the Group Demand & Supply Director and other key stakeholders
Lead or contribute to continuous improvement and transformation projects within the Supply Chain organization
Leadership & Team Management:
Lead and oversee all Supply operations in Gdansk, including Import, Group Supplier teams, and the Nordics Supply Team
Manage team capacity, workload distribution, and resource planning across the Supply organization
Define clear objectives for team members and regularly review individual and team performance
Coach, support, and develop employees according to their skills, potential, and career aspirations
Foster strong collaboration and communication with key stakeholders including Group Supply Chain teams, country Supply Chain organizations, and other Group functions
YOUR PROFILE
Significant experience in Supply Planning, Supply Chain Operations, or Demand & Supply management within an international environment
Proven leadership experience managing operational teams in complex and fast-paced organizations
Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate operational data into concrete business actions
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across multicultural environments
Strong understanding of supply governance, supplier performance management, and continuous improvement methodologies
Ability to operate effectively under pressure while maintaining high standards of service and execution
Experience working in matrix organizations and collaborating with both local and Group stakeholders
Fluent English is mandatory
