HIRING POSITION: Head of supply chain strategy

Key Responsibilities:

• Design optimal flows, modes, and nodes across the end-to-end network, including supply, manufacturing, distribution, and forward stocking locations. Lead a team of modelers in conducting data analysis, validation, model-building, scenario analysis, business case development, and creating implementation roadmaps.
• Identify and incorporate new technologies, methods, and processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and optimal network design. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Planning, Transportation, and Commercial teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end supply chain solution.
• Engage with stakeholders across operational networks and functions to generate ideas, prioritize projects, understand constraints, conduct feasibility analyses, and resolve issues. Ensure that network recommendations are viable, considering cost, service, and business continuity impacts, and manage the hand-off for planning and implementation.
• Oversee the project pipeline, coordinating activities to deliver high-value projects. This includes scoping, aligning with stakeholders, managing commitments, and providing regular updates on progress, key decisions, and addressing obstacles.
• Present optimized network recommendations to executive leadership to drive alignment and implementation.
• Develop and monitor network KPIs to foster continuous improvement in network costs, service quality, and business continuity.
• Initiate and support supply chain strategy and solution design efforts.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Hands-on experience with production planning, logistics, and inventory management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proactive and strong logical thinker.
• Proven business acumen and problem-solving skills.
