What You Will Do
- Lead the supply chain and manufacturing engineering teams to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies for sourcing materials and managing inventory to support production goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product development and manufacturing timelines.
- Analyze supply chain metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality and reliability in the supply chain.
- Oversee the integration of robotics and automation into manufacturing processes to enhance productivity.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations and reduce costs.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain management and manufacturing engineering, preferably in the robotics or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex projects from conception to execution.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Preferred
- Experience with robotics or automation technologies in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Advanced degree in engineering or a related field.
Compensation and Benefits
