What You Will Do

• Lead the supply chain and manufacturing engineering teams to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies for sourcing materials and managing inventory to support production goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product development and manufacturing timelines.
• Analyze supply chain metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality and reliability in the supply chain.
• Oversee the integration of robotics and automation into manufacturing processes to enhance productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations and reduce costs.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain management and manufacturing engineering, preferably in the robotics or technology sectors.
• Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex projects from conception to execution.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Preferred

• Experience with robotics or automation technologies in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Advanced degree in engineering or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits
