About the Team

Improve North America supply chain performance and drive Supply Chain Management excellence in Region NA.

What can you look forward to as Head of Supply Chain Management:

• Regional development, execution and sustainability of Supply Chain Management Vision/Strategy / Accountable to achieve Regional SCM Targets (consider all relevant SCM KPIs).
• Setting of SCM OP targets for Region within annual planning process and controlling of activities to meet the targets / Regional S&OP: Sales Forecast and Capacity Planning within region NA.
• Drives innovation and continuous improvement opportunities to enhance customer delivery performance / Leads, develops and mentors region NA SCM teams to adopt efficient, lean and flexible principles.
• Regional coordination of freight management / customs management / Define and execute customer SC standards including logistics contracts, escalation, delivery concepts, etc.
• Implements processes standards and drives digitalization and automation initiatives in Region .
• Builds, develops strong network and trustful relationships across ZF Aftermarket, corp. functions and global sourcing network.
• Defines and ensures high compliance standards for SCM and introducing efficiency improvement where applicable / Regional Inventory Management / Ensure measures to meet Inventory targets; in support of DIV B global targets.
• Coordinate escalations with DIV Operations Management, DIV Materials Management and Corporate SCM.

Your Profile as Head of Supply Chain Management:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 10+ years of experience with leading logistics and/or supply chain-related projects
• Strong strategic agility, high influencing skills & ability to manage high complexity
• Excellent change management and strong collaborative problem-solving skills
• Strong relationship management & Leadership track record of influencing others toward implementing key tools and strategies in a complex and diverse environment
• Strong negotiation skills - able to forge strong relationships and maintain credibility
• Experiences in problem solving and prevention methods
• High competence to lead virtual, multicultural and diverse teams / Key stakeholder management
