Senior Manager / Director – Procurement & Supply Chain
to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain and sourcing strategies in a fast-growing, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Lead and manage all procurement and supply chain activities, including sourcing, purchasing, logistics, inventory, and supplier management
• 
  Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans aligned with business goals and production demands
• 
  Build and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery
• 
  Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining high standards of quality and sustainability
• 
  Oversee demand planning, forecasting, and inventory control to ensure optimal stock levels
• 
  Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, engineering, finance, and operations teams
• 
  Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity
• 
  Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement and supply chain team

Requirements

Qualifications

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 
  8–15+ years of experience in procurement and/or supply chain management, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
• 
  Strong knowledge of global sourcing, supplier negotiation, and contract management
• 
  Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or industrial sectors is highly preferred
• 
  Proven track record in cost reduction and process optimization
• 
  Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• 
  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment
• 
  Fluency in English required
