With this strong market adoption and rapid growth, our supply chain has become a critical part of how we scale and we’re looking for a Head of Supply Chain to own and lead this function.

In this role, you will define and drive our Supply Chain strategy, including major cost-reduction initiatives and the evolution of our global Supply Chain footprint. You’ll lead planning, logistics, procurement and supplier management, while building the processes, systems, and team needed to support easyplant’s continued growth.

Today, our supply chain spans 7 fulfillment centers across the US and Europe, 200+ SKUs, 20+ global suppliers, and more than 1 million plants shipped annually, with an annual run rate of $90M.

This is an opportunity to take real ownership of a complex, global supply chain at a fast-growing consumer brand, operating under the larger Mixtiles umbrella.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

Supply Chain Strategy & Cost

• Define and drive easyplant’s global Supply Chain strategy and footprint.
• Lead major cost-reduction initiatives across sourcing, materials, logistics, inventory, and operations.
• Identify opportunities to make our supply chain more scalable, resilient, and efficient as we grow.

Planning & Inventory

• Own material and inventory planning across our fulfillment network, while optimizing inventory levels and availability
• Partner closely with Data, Finance, and Production to translate demand forecasts into purchasing and inventory plans.

Supplier Management & Sourcing

• Own relationships with our key global suppliers, including commercial negotiations, pricing, quality, lead times, and performance.
• Identify, qualify, and onboard new suppliers to improve cost, resilience, and capabilities and support new product launches.

Logistics

• Oversee inbound freight, transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Continuously improve our logistics network, routes, transportation modes, and costs.

Systems, Data & Team

• Own and develop our supply chain processes and KPIs, using data to identify issues and drive decisions.
• Work hands-on with our MRP system, helping define and evolve its capabilities as our supply chain grows.
• Lead and develop the Supply Chain team and help shape the organization as we scale.

What We're Looking For:

• We’re looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution — someone excited to build the supply chain that will support easyplant’s next stage of growth.
• 8+ years of Supply Chain experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or significant ownership role.
• Strong experience across planning, inventory, procurement/sourcing, and logistics.
• Proven ability to drive meaningful cost reductions and negotiate with strategic suppliers.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience working with MRP or similar supply chain planning systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Comfortable operating hands-on in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve quickly.
• Experience with a high-volume B2C / consumer products supply chain is a strong advantage.
