Job Description

Main Job Purpose

Owns the end-to-end supply chain strategy for 1UL (Unilever) Andina Business, leading customer collaboration, service, manufacturing and logistics. Accountable for customer operations and supports business growth through partnership and integration. Leads the factories to meet service, quality and cost targets, as well as capabilities, and procurement teams. This position is an active member of the Andina leadership team and the Global SC Leadership Team.
Supply Chain in Andina operates across the Andina region (Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Bolivia)

Responsibilities and accountabilities in line with the purpose of the role:

Key Accountabilities:
– Accountable for Customer experience, Customer Operations, Customer collaboration programmes, order taking to cash collection
– Accountable for supporting the creation of customer business plans, agreed with Sales team.
– Identifies operational risks which impact growth and cost and provide insights that can be turned into workable solutions
– Accountable with logistics to deliver On Time in Full to customers, ensuring collaboration of Customer Service and logistics to drive service, value unlocks for logistics with partners and customers
– Accountable for master data management; implements policies and delivers required financial controls
– Executes the cost to serve strategy
– Holds operational/hub partners accountable of results and innovation to create value to the business within a global framework
– Deploy and Deliver the Manufacturing annual plan and financial results including targets on service, costs, productivity, quality, innovation and OSHE.
– Recommend long term site strategic plans.
– Manage and deliver the Manufacturing financial results: annual budgets, Sourcing Unit Result, conversion costs and create programmes to deliver financial results
– Engage and facilitate the implementation of innovations on site, for products, ways of working, service models and supply chain models
Pursue a site long term plan, including restructuring, re-engineering and retrofitting as agreed with Andina Business and 1UL SC Head; prioritize and plan resources development and deployment.
– Guard and ensure the application of all Unilever Policies and governance requirements.

Personal profile and professional skills and experience required are:
Essential:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in various Supply Chain roles (Customer Operations/Make/ Logistics is a plus).
• FMCG or CPG Experience
• Experience with projects, supplier, and stakeholder management
Knowledge of ANDINA market is a plus.
• Team alignment, personal accountability, Action not Debate, active engagement, perseverance, and flexibility
• Good communicator, passionate, entrepreneurial, target driven.
• Negotiation and financial skills
• Project management & change management.
• Fluent spoken Spanish and English
