What You Will Do

• Lead financial planning and analysis efforts, driving strategic initiatives to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement robust financial models to forecast revenue and expenses, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Oversee budgeting processes and variance analysis, identifying key drivers of financial performance.
• Manage a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Present financial reports and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to create complex financial analyses and reports that support strategic initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 6+ years of experience in finance or financial planning and analysis, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Proven track record of leadership in a finance role, with experience managing teams and projects.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and modeling techniques.

Preferred

• Experience in venture-backed environments or startups, particularly in the healthcare industry.

Compensation and Benefits
