Job Description

Working at Atlassian

Atlassians can choose where they work – whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers across APAC

  • Hire, onboard, and develop top talent to scale the APAC Enterprise CS team in line with business growth goals — acting as both a talent magnet and a talent identifier within the broader organization

  • Engage C-suite and C-1 executives at Atlassian's highest-value APAC accounts to deepen strategic relationships, anticipate risk, and serve as an executive escalation point when needed

  • Drive product adoption and consumption growth across your customer portfolio, partnering with customers to maximize value realization

  • Build and manage a rigorous operational cadence — including OKRs, health metrics, and performance reporting — in close partnership with Revenue Operations to drive predictable outcomes and team accountability

  • Champion a data-driven approach to customer success by leveraging customer insights, product usage data, and market trends to identify expansion opportunities and surface feedback to product and go-to-market teams

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across matrixed account teams spanning geographies, aligning Sales, Professional Services, Support, Product, and Partner teams around shared customer outcomes

  • Contribute to regional and global planning cycles, including annual and quarterly planning, and serve as a trusted peer executive within the CSM Leadership team to shape the vision for world-class Customer Success

  • Travel up to 20% on average, and up to 40% as needed, across domestic and international APAC locations to support customer relationships and team engagement
