【Job Responsibilities】
• Field Marketing
- Work with HQ Strategic Marketing, supporting strategic technology discussions with customers and industry stakeholders.
- Monitor semiconductor market trends, deliver market intelligence updates covering customer technology roadmaps, and competitive developments to identify future opportunities and industry shifts.
- Translate market insights and understanding of customer needs and workflows into recommendations for product strategy, technology roadmaps, and innovation priorities.
- Collaborate with Product Units, R&D, and regional teams to ensure market requirements are reflected in ZEISS product planning.

• Business Development
- Lead NPI projects together with the support of application experts from operational apps and business development, respectively
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities driven by technology transitions, anticipated future gaps in customer workflows, market developments, and customer in-vestment plans.
- Develop business cases and growth initiatives to support long-term revenue expansion and market penetration.
- Facilitate alignment between customers, regional organizations, and global teams to accelerate adoption of new solutions.
- Drive strategic projects and partnerships that strengthen ZEISS market position and business growth.

• Cross-Functional Leadership
- Coordinate activities across Sales (incl. HVM sales where needed), Application Engineering, Service, Product Management, R&D, and Operations teams.
- Lead strategic projects and customer-driven initiatives.
- Drive issue resolution and build consensus across global and regional stakeholders.

【Qualification】
• Master's degree or above in Engineering, Physics, Material Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Optics, or related disciplines. MBA or equivalent business education is considered an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of semiconductor industry experience. Direct experience with leading-edge semiconductor advanced logic/foundry accounts. Proven experience in semiconductor equipment, process technology, product management, field marketing, application engineering, or business development.
• Ability to convert customer technology roadmap into product requirements. Strong business acumen, including revenue sizing, pricing logic, ROI/business case.
• Strong analytical, communication, and senior stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to work effectively across global and cross-functional organizations. Ability to influence product strategy and drive alignment between customer needs and business objectives.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills. Strategic mindset combined with strong execution discipline.
