You and your team will lead the exciting transformation within Sourcing with high involvement from all sourcing departments. Your mission is not simply to optimize today’s ways of working – it is to reimagine them.
You will lead the evolution from a process-centric operations to an AI-enabled operating model where humans and intelligent automation work together to create faster decisions, better employee and supplier experiences and significantly higher productivity.
The Leader is a member of the Global Sourcing Leadership Team reporting to Head of Group Sourcing and as the sourcing organization continues its transformation journey, this role will naturally also evolve over time.
The primary location for this role is Stockholm, Sweden.
