Join the adventure! We’re looking for a Head of Sourcing who wants to shape how we work with suppliers, quality, and materials going forward. This is a role for someone who enjoys both setting direction and making things happen.
You won’t just manage a structure – you’ll build and evolve it
Tasks & Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Supplier Base
Set the direction for how we work with suppliers globally
Build a scalable, high-performing supplier base across quality, cost, and capacity
Drive structure, clarity, and smart ways of working
Performance & Compliance
Make sure our supplier network delivers on quality, sustainability, and compliance
Follow up performance, spot risks, and drive improvements
Materials & Quality
Ensure material and quality work supports the business in the right way
Drive continuous improvements together with specialist leads
Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and develop a team across sourcing, material, and quality
Work closely with product and category teams to create real business impact

Qualifications & Experience
Solid experience from strategic sourcing in an international environment
Proven track record of building and developing supplier bases
Strong understanding of quality, cost, lead time, and compliance
Leadership experience and ability to work cross-functionally
Strong analytical mindset and experience working with data
Fluent in English
