Job Description:

Position Summary

The Head of Solution Management, GTM is a critical leadership role within the JJMT China Digital organization, reporting to the China Chief Digital Officer (CDO).

This role is responsible for leading the strategy, design, implementation, adoption, and value realization of Digital Go-to-Market (GTM) solutions across JJMT China. This role will drive the end-to-end execution of GTM transformation initiatives, translating strategic business priorities into scalable digital solutions that enhance commercial effectiveness, customer engagement, market penetration, and productivity.

The role oversees a portfolio of GTM-focused digital use cases and serves as the primary bridge between commercial teams, technology teams, implementation partners, and global stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and adoption of digital capabilities. This leader will establish a solution management operating model that enables business value delivery, execution excellence, and continuous capability evolution.

Key Responsibilities

GTM Solution Strategy & Portfolio Management

• Define and execute the GTM Digital Solution Strategy aligned with JJMT China business priorities and digital transformation objectives.
• Lead the portfolio of GTM digital use cases from ideation through deployment and value realization.
• Translate commercial priorities into scalable digital solutions that enhance customer engagement, field force effectiveness, omnichannel engagement, and decision-making.
• Establish governance, prioritization, and roadmap management processes to maximize business impact and investment value.

Solution Design, Development & Deployement

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle management of GTM solutions, including business requirements, solution design, development, deployment, adoption, and continuous enhancement.
• Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and implementation vendors to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions.
• Oversee MVP delivery, phased deployment, solution quality, and go-live readiness across GTM use cases.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and technology standards.

AI & Advanced Analytics Enablement

• Drive the adoption of AI, Generative AI, advanced analytics, and intelligent automation capabilities across GTM solutions.
• Partner with Data Governance team to leverage trusted data assets and reusable AI capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, sales productivity, targeting effectiveness, and commercial decision-making through AI-enabled solutions.
• Ensure responsible AI adoption aligned with enterprise governance and compliance requirements.

Business Transformation & Value Realization

• Partner with commercial leadership teams to identify and prioritize high-value digital transformation opportunities.
• Establish KPIs and value realization frameworks to ensure solutions deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Monitor solution adoption, performance, and business impact, driving continuous improvement and optimization.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to commercial leadership on digital innovation and GTM transformation priorities.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Manage implementation partners and technology vendors to ensure delivery excellence, quality, and milestone achievement.
• Drive alignment across business teams, digital, data, and technology teams to enable effective execution and adoption.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalation processes across multiple solution initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Digital Technology, or a related discipline. Master’s degree, MBA, or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in Digital, Commercial Excellence, Product Management, Technology, Consulting, or Transformation leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives within commercial or customer-facing functions.
• Demonstrated success managing complex solution portfolios from strategy through implementation and adoption.
• Experience working with AI-enabled solutions, digital platforms, analytics, and customer engagement technologies.
• Experience operating within multinational and matrix organizations.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.
